Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is a Financial Services Organization formed in 2002 by the merger of Lutheran Brotherhood and Aid Association for Lutherans, making it the largest fraternal benefit society in the nation.

If you own a Thrivent Financial product, you are able to designate up to two (2) organizations per year to receive matching funds from your donations.  We hope you will remember Lutheran Chaplaincy Service as one of the organizations you would like your donation to benefit.

How does it work?

- All you need to do is complete the GivingPlus  form. Call 216-737-0800 Ext.202 or go to www.thrivent.com/fraternal for your form today.

- Return the completed form to Lutheran Chaplaincy Service.

• Thrivent will match $1.00 for every $2.00 donated up to $300. 
• Donations can be for any amount up to $600 or more.  No minimum donation amount is required.
• Multiple gifts can be given and matched throughout the year: Each donation made to LCS must be accompanied by a signed GivingPlus gift form.  Forms are available from LCS and online at www.thrivent.com/fraternal so keep several on hand to use throughout the year as you make donations.

Attention LCS Volunteers

Did you know that Thrivent will add an additional $25.00 to its matching gift for you?  Just fill in the volunteer oval on the GivingPlus Application and your gift to LCS grows.
